Justlease gebruikt Ockto voor efficiënter acceptatieproces
Onlangs is Justlease als eerste private lease aanbieder live gegaan met Ockto. Door de gegevens voor het acceptatieproces met Ockto op te halen wordt voorkomen dat gegevens verkeerd worden aangeleverd, en neemt het aantal benodigde contactmomenten aanzienlijk af. Zo wordt de doorlooptijd per dossier verkort en gaat de first time right ratio omhoog.

Justlease heeft Ockto geïmplementeerd in hun persoonlijke online omgeving. In plaats van allerlei documenten te moeten inscannen en uploaden kunnen consumenten nu snel en eenvoudig alle benodigde gegevens aanleveren via de Ockto-app.
Met Ockto worden deze gegevens als brondata opgehaald bij overheidsbronnen en banken. Zo is Justlease gegarandeerd van betrouwbare gegevens en worden deze direct geïmporteerd in het acceptatieportaal.
Ockto wederom bekroond met de MyData Operator Award 2022
Hoe om te gaan met persoonlijke data is een van de belangrijkste kwesties van onze tijd. Te vaak haalt dit onderwerp de krantenkoppen om de verkeerde redenen. Het publiek wil gewoon dat bedrijven die zich bezig houden met persoonlijke data ethisch, open en transparant zijn over hun activiteiten.
Daarom zijn we enorm trots dat we in 2022 opnieuw de titel MyData Operator Award mogen dragen!
Maar wat houdt dit in? Kortgezegd krijgt een organisatie de MyData Operator Award wanneer zij individuen in staat stellen toegang te krijgen tot hun persoonlijke gegevens, deze te beheren & opnieuw te gebruiken op een mensgerichte manier, en voldoet zij aan de gouden standaard voor het beheer van persoonlijke gegevens.
Dit betekent dus dat wij erkend worden om onze ethische benadering van persoonlijke gegevens en dat individuen hier zelf de controle op hebben.

Toen het allemaal even weer kon, organiseerden we bij Ockto snel een rondetafelgesprek over hypotheekbeheer. Want over 1 ding is iedereen het wel eens: dit onderwerp verdient meer aandacht dan het nu krijgt.
Maar wat zijn nu de uitdagingen? En waar zit de oplossing? Samen met specialisten uit de branche staken we een middag de koppen bij elkaar om dit thema verder af te pellen.

The Ockto recruitment proces
We look at recruitment straightforward. You want to get to know us and want to get to know you, so we both can decide whether we would make a good match. At the same time, we would like to evaluate your skills and get a feel on how well you adhere to our core values. The steps of our recruitment process are described below, although there could be some differences depending on the position you are applying for.
Sending in your application
When you come across an interesting vacancy at Ockto, send us your CV and motivation. This can be done via our career site, or via the e-mail address stated in the vacancy. We will send you a confirmation of receipt.
Tip: Make sure you mention why you want to join the Ockto team and what you can bring us.
First acquaintance and screening
After sending in your application, we will carefully review it and get in touch with you within a week. Assuming that we are enthusiastic about your application, our recruiter or HR manager will contact you for a first acquaintance and quick screening, probably by phone or video call. And of course, we will answer any questions you might have. If everything goes well, we will invite you for an interview.
Your first visit
Congratulations, we are now about to meet each other! The first interview will be with your direct colleagues.
We want you to have the opportunity to show your best self. And that’s not for everyone in a meeting room across each other with a table in between. So, at Ockto you have a say in it yourself. Would you rather take a walk to get to know each other better? Then we make sure we wear comfortable footwear. Or is your energetic self better presented during a game of ping pong? We will have a pingpong bat ready for you!
We see a lot of added value in face-to-face contact. So for this interview, and other interviews that may follow, we prefer it to be at our office. But digitally is also an option, depending on the covid situation. However, our aim is to have at least 1 face-to-face conversation.
After the interview we will normally update you on the outcome within a week.
When you have passed the first interview, we will test your skills with a take-home assignment. Depending on the position you are applying for this could be some coding exercises, a plan you need to prepare or a sales pitch presentation. The aim is to see you and your skills in action. We will usually give you a week to complete it.
In some cases we will only let you do the case after the second conversation.
The next interview
During the next interview you will meet with the MT member responsible for your team, and any other relevant stakeholders. Depending on the job you are applying for you might have a last interview with our CEO, or we will combine this in the second interview.
In the event of a positive outcome, you will receive the employment conditions proposal from us. Our aim is to answer all your questions, so you can make the best decision, preferably to join us 🙂
Your first day at Ockto
Between accepting the proposal and starting at Ockto we will contact you to make sure everything is settled for your first day. We will order the smartphone of your liking and will make sure your MacBook Pro is waiting for you on your first day.
One of your new Ockto colleagues will contact you the day before your first day of work and let you know what your first day of work will look like. This is your buddy who will also actively guide you on the first day, explain a few things to you and to whom you can ask all your questions.
Are you from abroad and are you going to work for Ockto in the Netherlands? Then we will also provide you with the necessary information to help you with your integration.

Did we mention we find fun and team spirit an important part of the job already? So, our yearly changing party committee organizes lots of wonderful activities throughout the year. Let’s say; a puzzle rally, skiing trip, karting, darting tournament, city trip, dinners, etc. That is being on top of our regular end-of-week or after-team-meeting drinks, or the occasional (or let’s say daily) ping pong match at the office.
Modern & informal management style
At Ockto, our worst nightmary is to become a big bulky organization. So, we work in a flat organizational structure with short lines and quick decisions. We work based on trust and responsibility within your own area of work. This gives you the flexibility to do your work under the best conditions for you.
Working wherever you want, whenever you want
Being limited in your work by failing equipment or infrastructure is not for Ockto. You just must be able to do your job well, whether you are at home or at the office. With good equipment (MacBook Pro, smartphone) , the right tools, and other aids.
We see a lot of added value in face-to-face collaboration, but also in being able to focus on a task in a concentrated way. So, whether you work in the office, at home, or elsewhere, you simply arrange that with your team.
We also take good care of the inner person. With good coffee, sodas, snack, fruit, the occasional beer or wine and a reasonable lunch contribution in the company restaurant of our office building. At the office that is. You must take care of that yourself at home 😉
